Chinmaya Subedarni, the powerful matriarch of a sleepy village, is preparing for the wedding of her son Sundar. Suntali, Sundars old friend, returns and rekindles a relationship with him. Progressively we find out Suntalis motivations, while Chinmaya plans to destroy her. The film had its world premiere in Busan in 2014 as part of the Window on Asian Cinema category. RKP
