[[General Information
Personal data is all the information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, such as their name, address, telephone number, date of birth and even their email address.
Use of the Fribourg International Film Festival (FIFF) website does not require communication of your personal data. However, you will need to provide personal data in order to subscribe to a newsletter, enter competitions and purchase tickets or memberships.
The FIFF will at no point collect personal data without advising the user first. FIFF does not share personal data with third parties.
Online Ticketing Service
FIFF uses Ticketack for its online ticketing (provider: Net Oxygen Sàrl, Avenue d'Aïre 56, 1203 Genève, Suisse). If you purchase a product through the FIFF website, some personal details inevitably have to be collected for fulfilment of the contract. That data is for the exclusive purpose of the purchase. The data is stored on servers in Switzerland (read Ticketack's privacy policy).
In case of online payment, settlement is made through the payment system of the provider. The processing of personal data and payment details is carried out directly, in this case, through the provider of the payment system. The FIFF cannot access or record your payment details. The data protection provisions for each provider of an online payment system also apply.
If you are registered and have a personal account, we can save your data in your account for your next purchase.
