No festival takes place this summer... well, that's not exactly true. Association K / Verein C set up in a very short time Re!, the festival of the lost festivals. FIFF participates with the screening of a film from its 2020 selection, 4x4 by Argentinian director Mariano Cohn.
This Spanish and Argentinian production should have been screened as a Swiss Premiere in one of our Midnight Screenings. Thanks to Re!, it is now part of the edition 34 and half of FIFF. There will be two screenings, both on Wednesday 8th July at 17:30 and 21:15 in cinema Stern (in blueFACTORY, Fribourg)

Breaking into a 4x4 to steal the car radio in a Buenos Aires street is a bad idea. Ciro learns this to his cost. The car has been booby-trapped by a resident who is fed up being robbed: once inside, the thief cannot get out. No one can see or hear him, and there is neither food nor water. This 90 minutes claustrophobic ride is based on a true story.
