Sindoor is a drama centered around a young woman navigating through her romantic liaisons and fighting against constricting traditions to find her own individual way in life. The film, directed by Prakash Thapa, picks up themes which are both commercial yet introspective, a common tradition in nepali filmmaking at the time.
