Highway

Highway explores five different stories that become intertwined during a bus journey from eastern Nepal to the capital Kathmandu. The passengers - each of whom urgently needs to be somewhere else - await a resolution to the strike that is blocking the only passable road. The film explores the psychological and spiritual influence that these strikes, so called "bandhs", have on the Nepali people. RKP
