Samay lives with his family in a remote village in western India. One day, the nine-year-old takes a trip to the cinema and falls completely under its spell. Defying his father, Samay returns every day and bribes his way in with help from his mother's culinary delights. The film is a partly autobiographical ode to the 7th art.

The screenings of the 20th and the 23rd March will be presented by members of #ciné, the ciné club for the 14 to 18 y.o.
