Guled and Nasra are a devoted couple who live with their son Mahad in a poor neighbourhood of Djibouti. Nasra requires an urgent and complex operation to treat her severe kidney disease. Given that Guled's gravedigger job barely allows the family to make ends meet, how are they going to find the money to pay for Nasra's medical care? This true-to-life fable is the first feature from the Somalian director.
