Set in London in the early 1970s, 15-year-old Mike gives up school to find a job. He finds one at the squalid public baths in a poor part of the city. The faded pop colour palette is all that is left of Swinging London and the sexual revolution that captured imaginations a mere decade earlier. A masterful cinematic study of adolescence.
