The Cannibal Club had its world première at the prestigious Rotterdam festival in January. Much more than a terrifying cannibal film, Guto Parente has produced a scathing, horrifying comedy that also serves as an allegory for the inequalities of Brazilian society. At the heart of this blood-soaked story, a well-off white couple, no strangers to twisted sexual fantasies, feast on their hired help.
