Silence of the Wind

With his sister Carmen, Rafael, a fisherman, is involved in trafficking migrants between the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Some are trying to flee the poverty of the Dominican Republic while others have arrived from Africa. But when Carmen suddenly dies, Rafael finds himself obliged to manage on his own.
