After its brush with the apocalypse, FIFF 2022 ends on a positive note with this life-affirming documentary by actress Aïssa Maïga. It follows the people of Tatiste, a drought-hit village in northern Niger, as they do everything they can to secure access to water. Shot between 2018 and 2020, Maïga's film behind the camera offers a touching moment of grace.
