Old Pepe plays in the cabaret clubs of Manilla imitating Filipino rock legend Joey Smith. One day, he gets the chance to play as an opening act for a concert of his idol. All he has to do is write a love song. With this first feature film, supported by the Swiss fund visions sud est, Bradley Liew returns to the FIFF with a most unique and confounding character.
