The first feature from a complete autodidact who left his native Mongolia to study in Switzerland where he still lives today, Out of Paradise provides 100 minutes full of humanity and anxiety. A couple from the steppes in need of a caesarean travel to Ulaanbaatar. But they don't have enough money to pay for the operation in advance, and trouble ensues.
