Director Sahra Mani returns to FIFF for the third time with a documentary which tells the personal stories of Afghan women and their brave refusal to acquiesce to the Taliban and its horrific assault on their rights. The film, produced by actress Jennifer Lawrence and Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai., closes the 39th edition of FIFF in a howl of fury.
