Another Day of Life is an adaptation of the 1976 book by Polish journalist Ryszard Kapuściński which documented his travels across Angola in 1975. It is a daring example of a rare film genre: the animated documentary. The film vividly brings to life the journalist's experiences of the bloody civil war that ended in 2002, but remains a source of pain for the country.

Os cineastas ousaram explorar um género raro no cinema: o documentário de animação. É assim que ressuscitam o jornalista que foi cobrir a sangrenta guerra civil que terminou em 2002, deixando as sequelas de que o país ainda sofre.
