Around the Pink House, the debut film by the directing duo Hadjithomas-Joreige, follows two Lebanese families who have ten days to leave a rundown mansion in Beirut where they have been sheltering since the outbreak of the civil war. With hostilities over, the owner and other developers decide that time for reconstruction has come.
