The 37th edition of FIFF takes place from 17th to 26th March 2023.
We ask you to carefully read the following instructions before proceeding with the request of an accreditation
FIFF allows people working in the following professional groups to request a Festival accreditation:
• Film professionals
• Journalists and media representatives
• Teachers
A request must be sent using the online form starting from 6th February 2023.
When the accreditation documents have been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The Festival reserves the right not to grant the accreditation.
When you pick up the badge, a processing fee of CHF 50.- has to be paid. Please note that accreditations requested during the Festival will cost CHF 100.-.
No fee apply for media representatives and Festival guests.
Please pick up your accreditation from the guest or press office at the Multiplex Arena Cinemas starting 17th March 2023 at 9:30 am.
Rules and regulations:
Film professionals
Film professionals can apply for an accreditation until 17th March 2023. Among film professionals are considered: film directors, producers, distributors, actors and members of the teams of movies and the members of a Swiss association of the film branch.
A processing fee of CHF 50.- has to be paid, except for Festival guests. Please note that accreditations requested during the Festival will cost CHF 100.-.
The Festival reserves the right not to grant the accreditation.
The accreditation of the Fribourg International Film Festival is personal and non-transferable and gives the right to the following:
Free entry to all the public screenings (excepting opening and closing ceremony)
The accreditation gives you access to screenings subject to seats availability. In order to access screenings, you must book your seats in advance using the code on your accreditation card and in the confirmation email.
List of accredited people present (upon request)
A list of the accredited people present may be obtained at the press office.
Press
Press accreditations are reserved for journalists and media representatives. Anyone applying for an accreditation must be professionally active (freelancer, affiliate to a media, blog) and be at the Festival to give it coverage. Supporting documents may be requested. The Festival reserves the right not to grant the accreditation.

Pictures and presskit
The presskits as well as the pictures, film stills, films samples or soundtracks can be provided on demand by the press office.
Coordination of interviews
The press office is in charge of organising the interviews with the guests or with the Festival management.
Accreditation request
FIFF uses the platform Eventival to process accreditation requests. You will be asked to create an account to access the platform.
If you already have an account on Eventival, simply log in on FIFF's Eventival page and you will find the request accreditation form.
In case you are not familiar with Eventival, here is the procedure to follow:
1. Access FIFF's page on Eventival.
2. Proceed to the login form.
3. Click on the link "create new account" or use your Facebook or Google account.
4. A validation email is sent to you.
5. Once you have validated the registration, you will access your account and will be asked to complete your contact details.
6. You will then have access to the home page where you will find the accreditation request module.
