A season of screenings with films coming from the four corners of the world starts this month in Bulle and Payerne. Cinemotion and Trigon-Films screen six films from October to Mai. They form the “around the world” season. The audience can discover masterpieces from Iran, France, India, China, Mexico and Mongolia.
Starting this fall and up until the middle of the Spring, the audience in Bulle and Payerne will see a window opening to the world each month. Cinemotion group put together with Trigon-Films a season of screenings entitled “Around the world”. The latter will put on the silver screen quality movies such as the universaly acclaimed The Seed of the Sacred Fig by Mohammad Rasoulof or All We Imagine as Light by Payal Kapadia who received the Grand Prix du Jury in Cannes and who received in 2019 the Prize for Best International Short Film at FIFF with And What Is the Summer Saying. About the screenings
The films will be screened in their original version with French subtitles. Screenings in Bulle take place in Prado cinemas on Thursday evening and Sunday morning. Screenings in Payerne take place in Apollo cinemas on Friday evenings and Sunday morning.
