There is a touch of Scorsese about this thriller, which is set in 2008 in Little Jaffna, the Tamil quarter of Paris. This debut feature follows a young cop from the local community, played by the director himself, who must infiltrate an alleged criminal organisation which extorts and launders money for Sri Lankan separatist rebels.
