Twenty years after making his escape, a South African man who was once part of a group known as the Five Fingers returns to the small village of Marseilles where he grew up. The corrupt, abusive police have been replaced by a gang, and his friends have been left devastated by the violence. Shown in Toronto in September 2017, this film transcends the western genre to evoke the wounds of colonialism.
