Corps for Progress, a US agency, dispatches doctors to a Bolivian village. Suddenly and mysteriously, the birth rate starts to fall. The indigenous community discovers that the women have been sterilised without their knowledge. Inspired by real-life events, this feature-length film exposes the atrocities committed in the name of US imperialism.
