In northern Morocco, three young petty criminals dream of leaving their life of social deprivation behind. Despite very different motivations, friends Malik, Allal and Soufiane throw caution to the wind and decide to rob a jeweller's shop. This social satire, which won at Berlin in 2011, paints a portrait of a society where death is commodified.
