Accreditation and reception
Information for film-makers, film industry representatives and other Festivals
Accreditation
When the accreditation documents have been processed and one week before the Festival starts at the latest, you will receive a confirmation mail. When you pick up the badge, a processing fee of CHF 30. Please note that accreditations requested during the Festival will cost CHF 40.-. We encourage you to register before.
The accreditations may be withdrawn at the reception for the professionals at the Festival located in the Ancienne Gare on Friday, March 12, at 4pm to 7:30pm, during the festival from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and on the Saturday, March 20, from 9:30 am to 3 pm.
General points
Accreditation gives the right to the following:
Free entry into all the public and professional showings
Accredited professionals must withdraw a ticket for the public showings of their choice. The accreditation card may be used as an entry ticket only for the professional showings.
List of professional showings
A list of showings for the professionals is distributed in the lockers. For access to these sessions, please show your accreditation card.
Ticket counter for those accredited
A ticket counter reserved for accredited professionals and journalists is available so as to facilitate the reservation of tickets and avoid long queues at the general public ticket counters.
Locker at the professional reception
Information material is deposited in the lockers. A list of the professionals with their locker number may be obtained from the professionals’ reception desk.

A list of the accredited people present with their personal locker numbers may be obtained from the professionals’ reception desk.
Video library (upon reservation)
A room with video monitors is available for the professionals and journalists. The film and the hour must imperatively be reserved through the office.
PC with access to the Internet
PCs with access to the Internet are available during the Festival from 9:15 am to 7:30 pm in the Ancienne Gare.
Catalogue of the Festival
The Festival catalogue is available at all festival venues, including reception desks and cinemas (CHF 20.-). It gives a wealth of information on the selected films and the various programm sections.
